  Note: TropicVolume has no control over how independent vendors process your data once received. They act as separate "Data Fiduciaries" and are solely responsible for complying with privacy laws regarding the data they receive.
• Third-Party Vendors: We utilize trusted third-party service providers for essential infrastructure and communication functions, including:
  • Cloud Hosting & Security: For secure data storage and content delivery.
  • Communication Services: For delivering OTPs, SMS, and email notifications.
  • AI Processors: For generating design visualizations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

Important: Your uploaded images and design prompts are processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers. These providers may process, cache, or temporarily store your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service. TropicVolume does not control the data handling, retention, or processing practices of these third-party providers. By using our AI design tools, you consent to such data processing. We do not share your personal identity or contact information with AI processing providers — only the image data and prompts necessary for design generation are transmitted.

Your data is stored securely on servers provided by reputable third-party cloud infrastructure providers. While we implement reasonable security practices to protect your information, the storage and processing of data are also subject to the privacy policies and security standards of these third-party providers.
